  I need to finish the Hunger Games Saga first before the movie comes out and then the other 7 books will be read. Reading anything and everything. Hunger Games slowly catches my attention, slowly but surely. much love, bookworm <3

I know I have declined this blog of mine for several times already. It's so annoying that I can't upload pictures anymore. Maybe I should open a new blog, or continue this blog, pictureless. Lets see how I'll do it. Anyway, new year, fresh start. Maybe I'll be a regular blogger from now on.  We have 2012 now, actually it's already the 9th of January. I've  been thinking the whole week what my plans for this year will be. I actually don't have actual plans for this year, but maybe for the rest of my life. I don't really want to give myself a deadline, I don't want to finish it all off and decide to be dead the next day. HARSH! haha.  Anyway, I want to travel more. Last year, I've been to Nice and London with friends and actually it felt pretty good to travel with non-family members. Different experience! As much as I want to travel this year again, I have to save up for something really big. Something I can't tell yet, I don't wan...

Anja and me and our England adventure! :) Anja is the best in compromise! ;-) Sightseeing and shopping squeezed in one! :D I miss my english family :-) Thanks to my dear friend, Rhona who let us stay in her house and showed us around London. Okay this was last april 2011, but I still uploaded the pictures. Some of the gazillion pictures. haha. I don't upload for the sake of uploading, but for the sake of organizing and remembering the memories. This was pretty my first time I went on vacation with friends and it was pretty cool. hahahaha. the pictures almost speak for themselves. I love this dog, as if she is mine. She's the cutest. I never thought I could carry a dog in my hands without a pullover on. Before I used to wear pullovers on purpose, so we won't have direct contact. Now I don't care. She bites my butt, scratch my pants and sometimes begs for food. One thing she hasn't done yet: Lick my face. hahahahaha. you adorable almosthuman-dog.

that awkward feeling when you check your "people who visited your site" list and see people you actually don't know but check out your site once in a while. hehe, my site must be really interesting. Maybe I should update it more often! :)) Thank you people for dropping by :)

The saying "You will realize it's worth, once it is gone" is so true. Well "You appreciate things, you don't have" is also true. I am not used to visiting old towns. (I don't really know if the first district of Vienna can be called "old town") In my 4 nights and 5 days trip, I got to see a lot of old and new towns in southern France. My friends wanted to see the old towns and me who had no idea what the-must-see in the city was, just followed the alphas. Pretty amazing, how the natives could preserve the old buildings or the old town in general. Eze Village and St. Paul de Vence, also Menton were the most laidback. Eze Village is unique, because it's on top of a cliff, the houses are made of stones, I don't know people must have carved their houses in the 16th century) The other old towns were too much of a touristspot already. I even wondered, if the people living in the village, were okay with the fact that their "territory...

So I'm kinda still having my NICE hangover. Another NICE-fascination for me, are the burialsites, graveyard or simply cemetery in the old cities of the Cote D'Azur. I never thought that I'll visit cemeteries in another country, I haven't seen a cemetery in Vienna from the inside. haha. I was so fascinated, I super liked the cemetery in Menton, which was so high up that you had to walk a lot but the view was magical. You had an overview over parts of Menton and the ocean. While I was standing and staring at the graves, I was thinking "If ever these people won't make it to heaven, they have a fantastic view and are atleast almost in heaven" These graves are really old, some from the 19th century or even from the 18th century. A lot of foreigners, who died during war or who retired in Menton. Meaningful trip. Who would have thought I'd appreciate a cemetery? I wonder if these people still have relatives, who take care of their "remains"?.. ...

Hello my blogmates! Last week, the second week of my easter break I went on a short vacation with a friend of mine. We visited our common friend Katrin, who is studying at the moment in Nice, France. I will tell you how the trip went, why where etc etc. So I never thought that my parents would let me go out of town with two austrian friends. Everybody knows that I have strict parents and I really wanted to go to Nice. (1) because I have a friend who lives there and can tour me around. I hate reading maps. So I ordered my ticket, and after it was bought I told my mother that I'll visit Katrin in Nice in April. (I didn't tell my father first because I know he doesn't know where Nice is and he would ask me a lot of questions. Like the 100 trilliongazillion asked question "Who is Katrin?") So she said nothing. She only said, if I can afford everything, I can go and I know my limitations and she trusts me. (scary haha) So Samantha and I went to Nice, the flight wa...

Einmal sollte man mal zu den Schaulustigen gehören und den ganzen Wirbel in der eisigen Kälte beobachten. Anja und ich sind dort für ganze neunzig 90 Minuten gestanden. Am Anfang sind wir in der hintersten Reihe gestanden. Auf Zehenspitzen, über die Köpfe drüber geschaut, welches dann für einen Wadenkrampf gesorgt hatte. Nach ungefähr 20 Minuten, durften wir uns in die zweite Reihe vorquetschen und dann endlich in die erste Reihe. Ich habe mich richtig breit gemacht, damit die Anja von der 2.5 Reihe in die erste Reihe kommen konnte. Der rote Teppich, in WIEN. Schon etwas tolles. Ich habe aufgeschrien, als ich DEN MICHAEL KONSEL gesehen habe. Mein erster Idol von Rapid Wien. Der beste Torhüter von Rapid Wien und der Österreichischen Nationalmannschaft. Und dann haben wir den Herrn Chilli gesehen, und dann Anna Netrebko. Ahja und den Samba-King. Roberto Blanco. Ich habe es auch äußerst witzig gefunden, als die Schaulustigen hübschen Damen nachgepfiffen haben und irgendwelche Kommentare ...
