Sneakers Sneakers Sneakers ... Sneakers are my everything! Today, December 30, 2009 - dreams came true! .. I bought new shoes! The first time I saw them I fell inlove! I know the previous post I said that I won't spend money anymore, well I said I hope I wont spend so much money anymore!.. That was the last shopping day for the Year 2009 =) I'm happy!.. Lost for words, speechless, and I keep on looking at my new babies =) AND the berry on top! I got a very very comfy jacket from my Ninang, a really cool one :D .. December 28, 2009 Merry Christmas to everyone! Hope you all had a joyful one with your loved ones! My Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was pretty okay. This year was totally different to last year. This time my mom had nightshift and I decided I'll be celebrating it with my cousin's family. My brother and father didn't want to join us since my brother had work the next day and my father stayed with Kuya at home. Christmas is in 5 days and I am still wishing and praying for a white Christmas - so snow now seems perfect =) there's enough time to have white surroundings :) before they turn brown and muddy and ugly Yesterday, December 19 , after the debut of my cousin, when we went home there was a lot of snow already on the floor. I was sooo happy to see snow again! I love snow, I dont know why. December 09, 2009 Sometimes it's good to reward yourself with something, which will remind you someday of your hardwork you've been through. I am actually pretty new in the world of earning my own money, working hard, sacrificing my lazy saturdays for work. Have you ever asked yourself why you got that name from your parents? The reasons?Why exactly this spelling, why that kind of order? I did ask my parents before and made my own conclusion about it. Where does my name come from? My whole name is: Majerel Kim A A . The first A . is my middle name, the maiden name of my mom. I decided to include that name everytime I write my name on a sheet of paper. As for "Majerel" which is a very unique name, it was my moms idea to give me that name. The main goal of our Philippines vacation was mainly spending more time with our titos, titas, cousins and grandfather. For my brother and me it was not important how many beaches we could visit, how many cities we can go to. Everytime we fly to the Philippines, we always start at zero. Sometimes we feel like strangers or are still shy to "play" with each other. The last time we visited the Philippines together were 8 years ago - more or less. But I was there last year, due to emergency flight. The mother of my father died so my father flew home and I joined him to the Philippines. My brother and I challenged ourselves. Flying to the philippines on our own - without our mom&without our dad. When my brother and I thought about that kind of vacation I agreed. Since I've read this quote on twitter lately, I've come to think about that phrase very often. I'm not really living my life as if it were my last, I rather contemplate or imagine what if today is the day that I'm going to enter a different world. Meaning that yesterday was actually my last day on earth. We all know that we can't control that, this part of our lives. There are medications for sicknesses, examinations if you have cancer or not but there's nothing against accidents. You can be extra careful with what you do, where you go and with whom you are. Maybe being cautious extends your life, but you really don't know how your life will end. These past two or three months I've heard a lot of accidents where the person got killed, or died unexpectedly. I don't want to be in the shoes of these family members. I even find it hard, when an old person dies though this person must be very fortunate because it has at least lived an eventful and fullfil...
